Cavé Vin opened its front door in 2003 and serves the best of New American cuisine prepared with classic French technique ever since. Vive la France!
Owner Ken Wills cooked his way through college at Michigan State. After receiving a degree in packaging engineering, the flair for cuisine never left. You’ll see him at the front door, clad in spectacles and jeans, with a warm greeting and maybe even a dance move!
